ServosityPro was not able to connect to your VMware ESX/ESXi host at the time of the backup as the VMware host was either offline or unresponsive.
1. Login to vSphere Client to verify if the VMware Host is online.
2. As ServosityPro needs to verify the connection to the VMware host via both port 443 (for Vcenter) and 22 (for VSphere). On the ServosityPro machine:
i. Open a web browser and verify if you can access the VMware host using https://VMWAREHOST_IP.
ii. Use a ssh client, i.e. putty and verify if you can login to the VMware host via ssh using the root account.
