- Problem Description:
When the weekly Rebuild User Storage batch job / Single User Storage Rebuild job is ran, the following error messages are received in the system log:

- Cause:
The message suggests that an index.dat file and/or data file of the corresponding backup set has been corrupted.
- Resolution:
To resolve the issue, please perform a Seed Load for the corresponding backup set. This will ensure that a valid copy of the backup source are backed up onto theServosityOBS server.
In the cases where the ServosityOBS server is on version prior to 5.2.7.0, the weekly Rebuild User Storage batch job may be interrupted due to the block corruption error. To enable the batch job to continue when the same error is flagged, please patch the ServosityOBS server to the latest patch release.
