When performing a backup of any type, the following job status is received in the backup report:
Upon further investigation, the following informative / warning message is received in the client log:

Upon further investigation, the following informative / warning message is received in the client log:

The message suggests that there is problem with the connection between the ServosityPro client and the ServosityOBS server. Furthermore, the maximum number of attempts to re-establish the connection has been reached. Thus, the backup is then terminated by the system.
If the issue only occurs occasionally, you can safely ignore the error.
In the cases where the issue persist, please ensure that the connection to the ServosityOBS server can be established during the backup process.
