When performing a MS Exchange server backup, the following error message is received in the backup report:

The message suggests that the Guid file on server may have been corrupted or found missing.
This problem can also be caused by the overlapping of MS Exchange server backup jobs (e.g. previous backup job not completing before another backup job is started).

To resolve the issue, please perform a Full MS Exchange server backup manually via the Servosity Pro console.
