The message suggests that there is backup job already running on the corresponding information store when ServosityOBM attempts to trigger the server backup.
- Resolution:
To resolve the issue, please verify if there is other backup software(s) installed on the MS Exchange server. If there is, please ensure that all the backup job(s) performed by such software is stopped before the backup job of ServosityOBM begins.
