OS: Windows (MS Exchange 2010)
If MS Exchange database files are located on the root level of a Volume Mount Point, for example:
D:\Volume\MountPoint1\
ServosityPro will not be able to spool the edb file to the temporary spool path, only the transaction log(s) and the writers.xml and components.xml files would be spooled and uploaded. The backup job is also incorrectly classified as "Backup finished successfully".

ServosityPro will not be able to spool the edb file to the temporary spool path, only the transaction log(s) and the writers.xml and components.xml files would be spooled and uploaded. The backup job is also incorrectly classified as "Backup finished successfully".
This is a known issue with ServosityPro version 5.5.7.2. to 5.5.8.0.
As a workaround, please move the location of the affected MS Exchange databases from the root of the Volume Mount Point to a folder on the drive using the Exchange Management Console. For example:
D:\Volume\MountPoint1\
to
D:\Volume\MountPoint1\Exchange
