When performing a scheduled MS Windows system backup or ShadowProtect System backup, ServosityPro does not backup the image of the corresponding machine, but instead attempt to backup the contents of the backup source.
Let's consider the following scheduled / manual ShadowProtect System backup as example -
Backup Report of a scheduled ShadowProtect System backup attempting to backup the contents of the backup source:
Notes:
There is no spooling of the image file(s).
Backup Report of a manual ShadowProtect System backup attempting to spool and backup the actual ShadowProtect image file(s):
Notes:
The image file(s) is spooled at line 5 of the backup report.

This is a known issue with ServosityPro version 5.5.3.0.
