This decode message only comes up if the recovery environment doesn't detect an activated version of ShadowProtect within the Image or on the hard drive that is being bare metaled to. If you're in trial mode you are able to get the HIR code. Open a support ticket with us here at support@servosity.com and we'll be able to generate a unlock code for you.
