Check Payment Fee Policy

Policy Scope

 

This policy applies to all customers and transactions that involve check payments.

 

Fee Assessment

 

For each check payment processed, a fee of $25.00 USD will be applied to the customer's account. This fee applies to each individual check payment.

 

Late Fee

 

Check payments will incur a 1.5% late fee if received after 15 calendar days after the invoice date.

 

Dispute Resolution

 

If a customer believes they have been incorrectly charged a check payment fee, they are encouraged to contact customer service to discuss the situation and initiate a dispute process, if necessary.

 

Policy Amendments

 

We reserve the right to modify or amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to all customers in advance and will only apply to check payments processed after the effective date of the changes.
