ACH Failed Payment Fee Policy

Policy Scope

This policy applies to all customers and transactions involving Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments.

Fee Assessment

If an attempt to complete an ACH payment is unsuccessful, a fee of $10.00 USD will be applied to the customer's account.

Definition of a Failed Attempt

A failed ACH payment attempt is defined as an ACH transaction that is not successfully completed for any reason, including insufficient funds, closed accounts, incorrect account details, or any other circumstances preventing the successful completion of the payment.

Notification

In the event of a failed payment attempt, the customer will be notified via their preferred method of communication, and the fee will be charged immediately. The fee must be paid in addition to resolving the cause of the failed payment attempt.

Policy Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to all customers in advance and will only apply to ACH payment attempts occurring after the effective date of the changes.

We value your business and encourage you to keep your payment information accurate and up to date to avoid any unnecessary fees.
