At various times it might be helpful to run a script automatically before or after a scheduled backup job runs. A few reasons you might need to do this:
- Mounting network storage only during the backup job
- Disabling automatic disk checking for the backup images
- Running a scripted application backup
In order to run a script, it will need to be saved as a .bat file, and stored in the C:\ProgramData\StorageCraft\spx\scripts
Then right click on the backup job and choose "Edit job...":

Click on the Advanced tab, then choose your script from the dropdown list on the left, and check the box to enable it:
