When a company has been converted to Servosity Safe or a new Servosity Safe company is created, a Servosity Safe Timeline will appear for that company in the portal. This timeline will be on the Company dashboard and will provide insight into how the onboarding process is moving along.
Additionally, the timeline may say "Action Required" which means, for the Servosity team to move the onboarding along, something is required of you. Alongside the "Action Required" message, a Servosity team member will create a ticket with more information about the action that is required. Typically, the actions required are installing our remote access tool and/or rebooting the machine after an upgrade or install of ShadowProtect SPX.
When an action is completed, by either party, we will move the timeline to the next status. For example once the “Installing software and waiting for devices to reboot.” task has been completed we will move it forward to “Waiting for seed-load/initial backup.” This means a Servosity Safe Team Member will be configuring the software, setting notifications(for CheckCentral), and calculating if we can go right ahead with the initial offsite or if a Seed Drive will be required.
The final status before a company is officially onboarded is "Finalizing Servosity Safe setup." This usually means that our team is finalizing a couple of things before we can declare the company SAFE. At the most basic level, we will usually be checking to make sure everything is configured properly and backups are running properly. In some cases, we will need an extra step from you to move forward, in which case, "Action Required" will show up on the timeline.
In summary, the Servosity Safe Onboarding Timeline is a great way to quickly know where things stand. If you see “Action Required” listed in front of the current step, we need you to do something and we will provide more details on what that something is, inside of the ticket for the onboarding. The ticket is also a great place to ask us any questions or bring up any concerns you may have.
