How do I switch to the Servosity One agent?

Servosity One will automatically be used for new accounts created within Servosity Safe companies. For any Servosity Classic accounts, either older Fully Managed accounts or Servosity Unlimited accounts, your backups have been run with the Servosity Professional or Standard version 8 client software. If you would like to make the switch to using the Servosity One software there are two paths forward and those depend on your current backup plan.

 

Servosity Fully Managed 

Login to the Servosity Control Panel and select the company that you would like to request the conversion for. In the "Company" dropdown at the top, select the "Request Servosity One Conversion" option. You'll be informed that your request has been processed. Our team will determine whether the data can be effectively uploaded over the internet, and if so, we will make a plan to do so with minimal impact. After the new backup set is running in Servosity One, we will alert you so that you can delete the previous cloud backup account.

 

Servosity Unlimited

Currently, Servosity One is only available to Servosity Safe companies. This is a completely rebuilt backup application, and we're still in the process of improving usability and convenience. If you'd like to take advantage of Servosity One's enhanced features and the Adamantium Vault, where nobody can delete your data (not even us), then you can upgrade any companies from Servosity Unlimited to Servosity Safe directly from the Company Settings page. Just login to the Servosity Control Panel and select the company you'd like to upgrade. In the "Company" dropdown at the top, select the "Settings" option.
