In some cases, we'll need additional information found in the logs to continue troubleshooting issues.
To upload logs to the Servosity Portal, first head over to our portal at cp.servosity.com
Once you are signed in, you'll see the Partner Dashboard. Locate and click on the specific company that you are uploading logs for.
You should be on that Company dashboard now
From the Company Dashboard, navigate to the company dropdown and select the Log Upload option
On the Log Upload page, click on the Choose Files button to select the files you want to upload
If you know your ticket number, feel free to put it in the field however, it is not necessary.
After you finish uploading the logs, please let us know on the ticket so that we can look through those logs.
