How to Authenticate your M365 Backups

Due to some changes to Microsoft's systems, we had to make some changes to how we connect to Microsoft. Because of this, many M365 backups have to be authenticated again.

To authenticate your backups: 

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on the Office 365 Exchange backup task.
3. Click the "Connected" or "Disconnected" icon.
4. Select "Use OAuth-based authorization."
5. Click the "Authenticate" button.
6. Login to your Microsoft backup services account to complete the authentication.
