- To check on the status of an offsite backup job in progress, you'll start by logging into the portal at cp.servosity.com
- Once logged in, navigate to the appropriate company dashboard by clicking on the name of the Company.
- Next, click on the name of the Backup Account you wish to check.
- You might have to perform the MFA process, after that, click on Live Activities
- Here you will see a list of backup sets with jobs current active. You may click on the name of the back up set to view the details of the job in progress.
These status details update every 5 minutes.
