In some situations, our Remote Access to systems can be disconnected. No matter the case, here is a quick way to find and start the service for our Remote Connection tool.
- To start, open up Services on your system
- Locate the service names ScreenConnect Client
- We use Connectwise ScreenConnect as our Remote Access tool. If you or another provider also uses ScreenConnect, you may see multiple entries in the Services list
- Start the ScreenConnect Client Service, if there are multiple, make sure they are all running
- If the service fails to start, please reinstall our Remote Access Tool by downloading it from the Company Dashboard on our portal
