How to Install Remote Access for Fully Managed

With Servosity Fully Managed our support team will install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot your customers backups. This service requires us to have remote access to their systems. 

To provide Servosity with Remote Access: 

  • Head over to the Servosity Portal 
  • Locate/Create the Company that you are providing Remote Access to

*Note* The Remote Access Installer is Company Specific so only run this installer for the systems under that Company!

  • Click on the Company Name Remote Access Installer, this will download a .exe installer
  • Run the .exe on all systems being backed up and any BDR/ImageManager system
