As a way to further Simplify backups, we've added email reports within the Servosity Portal. These can be configured on a company level or on a partner level.
To set up Email Reports, head over to the Partner/Company Settings. You can find this under the associated dropdown menu:
In the settings page, locate the Company Report Subscriptions
Enter the email address for the recipient of the reports and click the Add Subscription button.
You will get a confirmation email with a verification link. This link MUST be verified in order for reports to be sent out.
You can choose between Daily or Monthly reports. Adding an email in the Partner Settings will provide information for all companies. Adding an email in the Company Settings will only provide information for that company.
