How to find the remote access installer for each company and
With Servosity Safe Gold our support team will install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot your customers' backups. This service requires us to have remote access to their systems. To download our remote access installer, login to https://cp.servosity.com and click the Download link at the top of the page.

At the top of the downloads page, you'll find the Servosity Safe installer section.

Select the company that you need the installer for from the dropdown list, and then click the link it generates out to the right to download a customized installer for that company.
