How to use the Schedule Reboot/Chkdsk Feature

With the Release of Servosity 3.2.0, we've introduced the Schedule Reboot/Chkdsk Feature.

Scheduling a Reboot/Chkdsk:

  1. Start by heading to the Servosity Portal
  2. Open the Backup account for the System you want to schedule the Reboot/Chkdsk for
  3. Click on the Schedule Reboot Button

  4. In the new box, select the Time and Date for your reboot (clicking the Calendar Icon gives you an additional box for easier Time/Date Selection)

  5. Add a Reason for the Reboot and click Schedule Reboot

    1. If you need to Schedule a Chkdsk, select the volumes that you want the Chkdsk to run for
  6. You should see the scheduled reboot on the right side of the screen, if you need to cancel the reboot/chkdsk, select the Red X Icon

  7. After the reboot time, the system will reboot and run chkdsk if selected. The State should change to Reboot Completed once it finishes
