Late Payment Policy

Policy Scope

This policy applies to all customers and to all transactions.

Late Payment Definition

A payment is considered late if it is received ten (10) calendar days after the due date as indicated on the invoice or agreed upon in the contract.

Late Payment Fee

A late payment fee will be applied to all payments received after the due date. The fee will be 1.5% of the outstanding amount. 


Customers will be notified of late payments and any associated fees via their preferred method of communication.

Dispute Resolution

If a customer believes they have been incorrectly charged a late payment fee, they should contact our customer service department to discuss the situation and potentially initiate a dispute process.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify or amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance and will apply to payments due after the effective date of the changes.
