Office 365 backup is provided as part of our Servosity Unlimited and Servosity Fully Managed offerings. The following policies apply to Office 365 backup accounts:
- We reserve the right to adjust the schedules of any Office 365 backups running on Servosity backup servers, in order to ensure a stable and consistent backup experience for all of our partners. If there is a use case where a specific backup time is necessary we will be happy to make our best effort to accommodate those requests.
- Office 365 backups running on Servosity backup servers are limited to one scheduled backup per calendar day. Manual backups may be run through the server interface if there is a need to backup new data in between scheduled backups.
- Backup of OneDrive and SharePoint are included at no additional cost as long as you’re protecting at least 80% of the total mailboxes in an organization.
Example 1 (Included):
Backing up 85 out of 100 mailboxes, Sharepoint, and OneDrive.
Example 2 (Not Included):
Backing up 50 out of 100 mailboxes, Sharepoint, and OneDrive.
