Servosity Beta Program Details

If you're interested in enrolling in the Servosity Beta Program, here are the terms and conditions:

  1. The Servosity Support team will, at our discretion, select accounts from within the Beta Program enrollment list, and will update them to beta versions of our software. This applies to all Servosity products, including, but not limited to:
    • ShadowProtect SPX
    • StorageCraft ImageManager
    • Servosity One
    • Servosity Backup for Microsoft 365
    • Servosity Backup for Google Workgroups
  2. Beta software updates may be executed without any changelogs, information, or notice of any kind.
  3. All beta software is provided "As is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
  4. All beta software has been thoroughly tested by our internal Support and Quality Assurance teams, and is, to the best of our knowledge, functional and stable. This Beta Program is intended as a way for our partners to get early access to new features and improvements for certain clients, while allowing other clients to delay these updates until each version that has been tested in production.
  5. After the beta software has been thoroughly tested in production by our selected Beta Program accounts, additional beta versions may be released to resolve discovered bugs or issues, or the version may be marked stable. In either case, the selected accounts will receive all updates until the next stable version is released.
  6. When a release is marked stable, all production accounts will be automatically updated to this version, regardless of their Beta Program enrollment status.
  7. No account which is running a beta version of any Servosity software will be eligible for a Servosity Safe Guarantee claim. Any Recovery Points created while beta software is running will automatically be marked as non-guaranteed. This does not preclude you from eligibility for a Servosity Safe Guarantee claim on any previous or future Recovery Points which have been marked as guaranteed in the Servosity Control Panel.
  8. Partners who enroll one or more companies in the Servosity Beta Program may be contacted to request feedback such as surveys, requests to review Knowledge Base articles for new features, calls to discuss your experience with a beta software, or other requests.
