      Servosity One Mandatory Exclusions

      In order to ensure smooth file backups with Servosity One, there are some mandatory exclusions that are built into any file backup, Professional, Standard, or NAS. These exclusions are designed to skip system and temporary files and folders to prevent errors and reduce the amount of data uploaded to the cloud, resulting in faster, more stable backups.

      This list will be kept updated with any exclusions for the current version of Servosity One.

      • "C:\Program Files\Servosity One" or wherever the agent is installed.
      • "C:\Program Files\Servosity One\cache" or wherever the agent's configured cache directory is.
      • "C:\Program Files\Servosity One\tmp" or wherever the agent's configured temp directory is.
      • "C:\pagefile.sys" (actually "${SystemDrive}\pagefile.sys")
      • "C:\swapfile.sys" (actually "${SystemDrive}\swapfile.sys")
      • "C:\hiberfil.sys" (actually "${SystemDrive}\hiberfil.sys")
      • "C:\Windows" (actually "${SystemRoot}")
      • "System Volume Information"
