What is considered an Emergency?

Things that are considered Emergencies:

  • Restores for any backup account 
    • Booting into the recovery environment
    • Configuring the restore
    • Monitoring the restore progress (FM Accounts)
    • Making sure the restored system can boot


Things that are not considered Emergencies:

  • Setting up a VM for a restore
  • Network troubleshooting 
  • Backup failures
  • Testing Failures 
  • Reporting/Notification issues
  • Migrations/Restores when original system is still viable
