In order for Servosity One DR backups to run, your device name must match exactly, so where can you find it?
The easiest way to find your device name is to open a command prompt and type in the command:
hostname
You'll get a single line response similar to this:
This will be your Device Name, and you'll need to use that exactly when creating or migrating to a Servosity One DR account.
If you prefer to do it through the GUI, you always open the Settings app and select "System" on the lefthand side, then scroll to the bottom and choose "About". The Device Name will be the top line, and you'll have the option to Rename over to the right if you choose to (just be aware this will require a reboot)
