We often push out Beta versions of Servosity One when we introduce helpful features to Servosity One and our Portal.
To make sure these versions are stable, we only release them to Beta companies before doing a massive site wide upgrade. Servosity One versions are tested internally before being pushed to Beta companies but we want to do further testing before making it the Standard version of Servosity One. Opting into Beta (Per Company)
- Start by heading to the Servosity Portal
- Open up the Company Dashboard that you want included in the Beta
- In the Company Dropdown, open up the Company Settings
- In the Company Settings, find the Beta Program Settings and select Beta in the Dropdown, click Save
- Next head back to the Company Dashboard and click the Update Agents button
*Note* Some AV programs can block the installation of Servosity One. We'd recommend turning off AV or disabling it before clicking the Update Agents button.
The systems for this company should now be running the latest Beta Version of Servosity One. If there is no current Beta version, all Agents will be upgraded to the latest supported version.
