For Simplified backups to run smoothly, ServosityOne has to be installed on all systems being backed up and the ImageManager system.
ServosityOne Installation:
- Head over to the Servosity portal
- Click on the appropriate company name (or create a new company) to enter the Company dashboard for the company where you need to install the Servosity One software.
*Note* - The installers are company specific so make sure you are on the correct Company Dashboard!
- There are two blue buttons in the top center of the page that can be used to install Servosity One on the client systems:
- The "Servosity One" button will download the executable. Simply download this file on the client machines (DO NOT RENAME THE FILE) and run it like a normal installer.
- You can right-click and choose "Save link as" to copy the link to your clipboard so you can paste it in the destination systems internet browser. It will not require you to login for the download
- The "Servosity One PowerShell Install Script" button will copy the script to your clipboard, so that you can paste it into an administrative PowerShell window on the client machine (or deploy it through your RMM tool). It will download and install the agent silently.
